What’s New With Nick?

Unfortunately, this website has been neglected for a long time. Between writing books, getting them edited and formatted and ready for publishing, promoting my books, writing my daily blog, and all the details of everyday life is way behind. I tried to hire somebody to update it and keep it organized, but haven’t had much success with that. So I will try my best to keep it updated as much as possible.

So, what’s new with Nick? I recently released Big Lake Wedding, the 15th book in my Big Lake mystery series, and at the same time I released two new box sets. One includes the first three books in the Big Lake series, and the other box set has the first three books in my John Lee Quarrels series. Both box sets are available as e-books on Amazon, or you can read them for free if you are a subscriber to Kindle Unlimited. I will be starting on Sweet Tea And Jesus, the sixth book in the John Lee series in the next few days. I’m looking forward to it.

If you would like to subscribe to my free authors newsletter, which I send out several times a year to announce new books and other writing activities, please send me an email at Nick@NickRussellbooks.com. Information never gets shared with anybody and never gets used for anything except the newsletter.

  1. November 18, 2014 – Bruce Miles has begun narrating the audiobook of Big Lake Scandal. We hope to have it available by Christmas. Bruce has narrated all of the Big Lake books and does an excellent job with them.

    1. SO… I’m still holding out for the audio version of ‘Scandal’, even though the kindle is tempting me. Is there any point to waiting?

Oh, and congratulations on finishing the next book. I envy your writing volume! (but keep ’em coming, please, in any format…)

  3. Nick; I’m currently recovering from Ankle Surgery and have enjoyed reading the Big Lake series. I’m down to the last two. I was a LEO and worked on the Wet(West) end of Clallam County in WA. I haven’t laughed so hard with any other books in my life. You’ve really brought back so many of the people from both there and from my time in Snohomish County, too. Thanks
